nasty way that you do your corner folds. there is no need for the fold to be visible on the side of the frame.

@DeconstructiveArt They are not that delicate, quite hardy actually, but bubble wrap and a stiff box works for me.

Yeah Hi, the printer is a Canon 8400pg 44″ wide. Pigmented ink (the colours) will last 90+ years and 140+ years with the protective varnish coat that I use.
You can also use Epson 9600 Pro 44″.
You can actually start with a small 24″ model offered by most printer manufacturers.
